The First Meeting

We have dedicated Client Relationship Managers throughout the United Kingdom. You may prefer the convenience of a home visit or alternatively decide on a meeting at your local Abbey National branch.

The meeting will last for around an hour. While getting to know you, your Client Relationship Manager will build up a detailed picture of your attitude to money and investment aims. This will include a thorough and focused assessment of your views on risk. They will also explore whether you could benefit from specialist advice on issues such as personal pensions, tax, retirement planning and estate planning.

As your Client Relationship Manager doesn’t work on a commission basis, they can focus on serving your needs at all times
