Can I Benefit?
To benefit from a TOISA you must invest within 6 months of the maturity date of your TESSA. You are eligible if you are over 18 and are classed as resident in the United Kingdom for tax purposes (this includes Crown employees or their spouses who are posted overseas, for example, members of the armed forces). Inscape will also accept transfers of TOISAs from other managers. The Inscape TOISA is only available to Inscape clients.
Charges
There are no charges for taking out an Inscape TOISA.

Withdrawals
You can withdraw any amount from, or close, your TOISA at any time, without paying a charge. You can make withdrawals or close your TOISA by phoning or writing to us.
Does the Inscape TOISA Meet the CAT Standards?
The government has set certain standards which aim to make it easier for you to assess an ISA. These are known as CAT standards. The Inscape TOISA has been designed to meet these standards, but may not have been specifically approved by the government or any other agency.
